Y4 Parents – Mindfulness session

Year 4 parents are invited into school to find out more about mindfulness and some of the exercises the children are learning in their lunchtime club.
Practising mindfulness can be greatly beneficial for emotional health and well-being and can enhance emotional intelligence through the development of self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience and connecting with others.
If you are interested to learn more please sign in at the office after you have dropped off your child(ren).
